The ELTEC TP-05 Electronic Regulator
The
ELTEC TP-05 regulator is the product of our own knowledge and years of experience in the field of district heating. It has been designed to meet the needs of the efficient management of
heating stations and features regulation functions that are important for the efficient operation of the primary and secondary customer side sections of district heating systems.
With
additional functions and possibilities for the management of
heating stations, the
ELTEC TP-05 ensures efficient energy utilisation in district heating systems. It has improved communication capabilities and is, in connection with the
ELTEC Scada 2 an important link in the economical management of complex
district heating systems.

ELTEC TP-03 regulator, featuring additional functions

We provide support in the field of education and servicing for our customers. Special adjustments of the regulator functions per the customers’ wishes can be arranged.
The advantages of the ELTEC TP-05 regulator
The following features are built-in to provide extended communication support:
- the LonWorks FTT-10 interface for connecting regulators with the Control Network,
- the M-Bus (EN-60870) interface, which supports connecting of up to five heat meters,
- the RS232 interface for communication over the ModBus protocol (personal computer, GSM module or Ethernet adapter),
- the SD/MMC memory card interface (external module).
Other functions:
- the connecting of five thermal sensors allows the limiting of the maximum thermal output (power), the maximum volume flow and the temperature in the returning pipes,
- limiting the maximum thermal utilisation in relation to the daily temperature deficiency,
- calculation of the customer site efficiency factor on a daily, monthly and yearly level,
- it is possible to set a four-point heating attribute for a detailed log of the building characteristics,
- the setting of different parallel displacements in different heating periods,
- the use of reference steps for the transitions from both reduced to normal and normal to reduced heating modes,
- the calculation of compensated outside temperature,
- the sending of SMS alarms with the GSM module,
- the use of the SD/MMC memory cards for archiving variables, the transfer of settings from the regulator to the cards and vice versa.
Other data
The TP-05 regulator allows the regulation of up to four heating circuits or up to three heating circuits and one sanitary hot water circuit.
It has 40 preset heating systems built-in. Individual modifications of the heating system are possible: the placing of the temperature sensors, valve actuators and pressure gauges can be selected by the user.
An additional regulator over a terminal provides password protection against physical access; you can also choose different languages (Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, English), see the state of system errors and an overview of the sizes measured.

- 10 relay digital outputs,
- 2 TRIAC digital outputs,
- 10 digital inputs,
- 8 PT1000 temperature inputs,
- 5 analogue inputs (4 … 20 mA, 0 … 10 V),
