What is a System Integrator?

The System Integrator (SI) is the connecting link between the company, oriented towards research and production, and the end users – the customers. The System Integrator is a company that:

• Knows the market situation
• Is in contact with the customers
• Knows the language
• Knows the culture
• Knows the infrastructure
• Knows the local legislation

The Tasks of the System Integrator

The System Integrator makes sure that the customers:

• are regularly informed of anything new
• are properly educated regarding products and services
• receive support for all products and services

To reach these goals, the System Integrator must have suitably educated and experienced personnel always available.

The System Integrator must want to develop along with the research and production company, with the goal of creating the best possible quality products and services for the customers.
